Work as Special Rapporteur
on New Communications
In this capacity, he has, with the support of the OHCHR personnel:
- decided on the registration of new communications;
- decided on requests for interim measures;
- prepared the drafts for individual communications;
- presented the drafts for individual communications to the Plenary of the Committee.
