What is the Canton of Basel-Stadt doing?

- It is responsible for the canton’s finances.

- 91 people said YES to this law.
- 0 people said NO to this law.
- 1 person could not make a decision about it.
The law is called the Law on the
Rights of Persons with Disabilities
and has been valid since 1 January 2021.
What has Markus Schefer done for the Canton of Basel-Stadt?
Markus Schefer and his team wrote a
draft version
of this law.
They ensured that people with disabilities
were also involved in writing the draft version.
